According to reports, the six criminal cases released this time cover the main types of current intellectual property infringement crimes, including trademark infringement, copyright and trade secret crimes, reflecting the effectiveness of the whole chain in punishing intellectual property infringement crimes.

In the case of six people infringing trade secrets by Zhejiang Zhaomou Co., Ltd., Fang Moujun and others, the victim is a leading enterprise in a certain product manufacturing industry, and the related technology has gone through many years of research and development, which is related to the major interests and long-term development of the enterprise. The procuratorial organs insist on cracking down on the whole chain of crimes of infringing trade secrets, from sending people behind the scenes to seducing contacts, and then to stealing and leaking technical secrets of the relevant technical personnel are punished by law.

In the "case of Xu Moujun and other 26 people counterfeiting registered trademarks and selling counterfeit registered trademarks," the procuratorial organs paid attention to digging deep into the clues of upstream crimes, successfully prosecuting counterfeiters and spare parts suppliers of infringing goods, and determining an additional crime amount of more than 100 million yuan, so as to achieve the goal of "hitting the source, the end nest, and breaking the chain."
